This project provides energy saving as well as money saving advantages to solar owners. Energy saving by providing a comprehensive solar system to residential, institutional, and social ventures to take advantage of green energy.
On the other hand, money energy by providing a subsidy amount on various solar capacity installations.

Overview of Haryana Govt. Solar Subsidy Scheme 2022

Following categories are eligible for the subsidy:
- Residential: All types of residential Buildings
- Institutional: Schools, Health Institutions including Medical Colleges and hospitals, Universities, Educational Institutions etc.
- Social Sector: Community Centers, Welfare Homes, Orphanages, common service centers, common workshops for artisans & craftsmen, facilities for community use of community, Trust/ NGOs/ Voluntary Organizations, any other establishments for common public use etc.
Following categories are not eligible for the subsidy:
- Private, Commercial & Industrial Sector
- Companies registered under Company Act 1956/2013 other than under section 25/8.
- Company/firms registered with central/state government authority (SIDC,DIC).
- Company registered under Limited Liability Partnership (LLPs) Act 2008.
- Shops and Establishment Act.
- Multi State Cooperative Society Act.
- SSI (Small Scale Industries
